Monday at 6:30PM to 7:30PM Trinity Centre 

Tuesday at 11:00AM to 12:00 PM Parker piece

Thursday at 6.30pm to 7.30PM Parker Piece (booking in advance)

Saturday at 12:00 Noon to 13.00 pm Trinity Center

We are taking advantage of the outdoor nature fresh air and build internal strength. Please wear comfortable clothes and flat shoes

If you have health issues please let us know and have permission from your doctor before joining our classes.

 

 

Fees

Drop-in class fees per hour
   
Standard: £12.50   or £40 x 4 sessions

Please book in sessions by making payment in advance before attending classes(note which day you like to attend).
