If you like us to run Morning and Lunch time Tai Chi & Qi Qong for healths classes please email us. Letting us know which day and time you like to anticipate. 

Please wear comfortable clothes and flat shoes

If you have health issues please let us know and have permission from your doctor before joining our classes.

 

 


   
Drop in Class £12.50 or 4 sessions for £40.00 (Session duration 60 minutes)

Please book in sessions by making payment in advance before attending classes(note which day you like to attend).
